Yesterday, the out-of control Centers for Disease Control’s Advisory Committee on Immuniization Practices voted 15-0 for the addition of the Covid-19 vaccine in the CDC’s child- and adolescent immunization schedule.

This action is not supported by science. Covid has been proven not to be harmful to children and young adults. It is certainly not dangerous to infants who are regularly vaccinated. Our establishment decided to give as many people as possible the covid vaccines, despite the fact they don’t seem very effective. This has not been the case for many other countries.

One concern about adding covid to CDC’s recommended vaccine recommendations is that it could become a requirement in many schools.

The schedule is a recommendation about vaccines that children should receive by a certain date. However, some schools use it as a guideline for the required vaccinations they must have to enter school.

Wednesday afternoon, the CDC resisted claims that children would now require the vaccine if the Covid-19 vaccine was placed on the schedule.

“Thursday, the CDC’s independent advisory panel (ACIP), will vote on an updated schedule for childhood immunizations. They wrote on Twitter that states set vaccine requirements for schoolchildren, not ACIP and CDC.

This was, however, disingenuous, as is so much of what comes out CDC.

More than a dozen states, including Virginia, Massachusetts, and Vermont, follow the CDC’s guidelines to establish vaccination requirements for schools.

Florida has been a leader on the front lines against vaccine totalitarianism, as it has been on many other fronts. This provision was included in an executive Order signed by Governor Ron DeSantis as early as November 2021.

Students may not be required to be COVID-19-vaccinated by educational institutions.

DeSantis’s order, which was quite bracing, may have been forgotten by you, too. It also said this:

Schools may not have school-based policies regarding school face masks.

School districts may not quarantine healthy students.

Parents and students can sue school districts for violating their rights to recover costs and attorney’s fees.

DeSantis stated in public that no child in Florida would be excluded from school because they have not been vaccinated against the covid within the last few days. As in many other areas, Florida’s lead should be followed.
