Yesterday, I spent 1,000 words trying to highlight the Democrats’ use abortion in this year’s elections. Although I would have said “coming elections”, early voting has been underway in many parts of the country. The Democrats have long embraced abortion as a positive thing. It’s all they have to discuss in the elections.
Yesterday’s editorial cartoon by Michael Ramirez showed us the picture that sums up it all. The background looks like war-ravaged Ukraine which is a good metaphor for the damage that President Biden has done to the United States in less then two years. It is amazing how much damage one can cause when you start from day one.
Ramirez’s note on the cartoon is at the link above to his Substack website: “As President Biden promised to codify abortion rights. A majority of Americans remain dissatisfied with him and recent polls indicate that inflation and economics are the most important issues three weeks before the midterm elections.”
