ABC Sunday and NBC Sunday showed their disgust at Republican “election negender” Kari Lake running to be Arizona governor. Jon Karl from ABC asked her about Trump’s running mate in 2024. She replied that “the media’s trying scare the public” and that she was “the fake news’s worst nightmare”.
Jon Karl’s pushy questioning about Kari Lake for three-and-a-half minutes (not including all of his evidence she was WRONG, dangerous, and relevant) was poorly matched by a tentative 27 second clip with Katie Hobbs, her Democrat opponent. Donna Brazile immediately responded by insisting that Hobbs had great solutions to all the current problems.
Chuck Todd, a reporter for NBC’s Meet the Press, accused Gov. Glenn Youngkin (Republican from Virginia) was accused of betraying America. Todd told Rep. Liz Cheney, “A lot of Republicans…that would describe themselves as empathetic towards what you’ve done, have suddenly found themselves deciding to party over country.” Liz Cheney is the Dream Republican because Dream Republicans continue to attack other Republicans.
It looks like a win for Democrats when the networks attack conservative Republicans with their weapons. Hobbs can count upon the national media to confront Lake, allowing her to skip debates with little media pushback.
