When documenting Joe Biden’s thoughts and dementia, I try to keep it light and have a sense of humor. It was difficult to follow his remarks at the reception for Charlie Crist, gubernatorial candidate, at a private residence in Golden Beach. The White House has posted the transcript.

I will say that Biden’s remarks are a torrent of lies. They are deceitful and demagogic lies. They may be mitigated by the fruitlessness, but only slightly. Biden and Crist — they are both worthy of each other, and worse.
