Gavin Newsom was vice president when Kamala Harris was elected. Proposal 3, also known as the Reproductive freedom for all proposal in Michigan, seemed to be on Tuesday night. According to the ballot language, the measure will allow the state “to regulate abortion after fetal viability but not prohibit if it is medically necessary to protect a patient’s life or physical health.”
