Needless to mention, John Yoo is not able to take the threat from McDonald’s to end the McRib. So he takes the seat in this week’s 3WHH Episode as we deconstruct the GOP’s high expectations for the election. I introduce the gang and a single-malt Austrian whisky that I discovered in Vienna.

One problem is obvious: The election isn’t over. However, you would think that “early voting”, which appears to be more vote-rigging, would mean that we could get results quicker, not slower.

We have a lively discussion about candidate quality. There is a debate about whether Dr. Oz would have won Pennsylvania without the 600,000 early votes. Also, we discuss whether the Republican silence regarding the Democrats’ attacks against abortion after Dobbs was an important failing and what changes should be made to our electoral system. What’s the matter with Trump? He seems to be in a state of panic.

We also discuss with John the abrupt decision of a federal district court on Thursday to revoke Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan, and whether it will stand up on appeal.
