Gregg Roman, Middle East Forum, sent this message last night ahead of Giving Tuesday. This message is relevant regardless of whether you are considering giving to an alma mater this Tuesday. It is not linked, so I am just posting it. Roman writes:

The Middle East Forum monitors North American universities in an effort to eradicate anti-Western, anti–Israeli, and pro-Islamist biases. This keeps us busy.
Giving Tuesday is a day of fundraising for universities and other nonprofits. We thought you would be interested in the following:
* Princeton Seyed Hossein Mousavian is the man in Tehran. He is a Middle East security policy and nuclear policy specialist. He attended the funeral of Quds force commander Qassem Solimani, who was killed in a U.S. drone attack in 2020. * Oberlin College Our exclusive reporting on Professor Mohammad Jafar Mahallati prompted a congressional inquiry into “Mahallati’s current association with the Iranian regime and open loyalty to it.”
* Harvard University, Princeton University, New York University, and UCLA are all affiliated with the American Institute of Iranian Studies. This institution has connections to the top echelon of Tehran’s regime.
* Georgetown – This is the home of the Alwaleed Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding. It was established by a 2005 gift from Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. Since then, it has served as a propaganda arm of Wahhabi Islam (a radical, fundamentalist sect).
* Brown University Beshara Doumani is taking a two year leave to be president of Birzeit University in the West Bank. This university was formerly known as Terrorist University for producing generations after generations of suicide bombers.
