France’s Govt Requires Censorship: Rumble Exits France

People who are interested in the struggle to defend free speech, fair play and the free market have likely seen a slew of reports that reveal the “sides”, which certain social media platforms and video platforms choose.

Are they aligned with liberty and honesty or statism?

Nick Kangadis, MRCTV’s correspondent, reported Wednesday that YouTube had just suspended Steven Crowder, a popular conservative commentator – just in the nick of time for the elections. As I reported October 31, numerous leftist celebs, so-called “journalists,” and even big-government-favored General Motors are freaking out over the possibility that new Twitter CEO Elon Musk might REVERSE Twitter’s previous hostility towards conservatives, towards libertarians, towards people extolling the virtues of medical freedom, and towards anti-war activists – and actually NOT silence, shadow-ban, and purge them.

As the battle lines become more clear and more people understand how important the fight is, we receive news that affects not only MRCTV and its supporters but also everyone who visits Rumble’s free-speech video platform.

Daniel McAdams reports on the Ron Paul Institute’s recent Rumble against the French government.

“Faced with French Government demands for free-speech platform Rumble to censor Russian news channels. The company’s CEO simply stated, “No more Rumble for France.”

It is a fight for video-makers’ freedom to speak, for the audience’s freedom to search for information, and for viewers’ freedom to evaluate that information.

Clayton Morris and Natali Morris, former Fox News and CBS reporters, now host their own news venture, “Redacted,” online on YT (when not blocked). Clayton and Natali cheered the principled move of Rumble and also pulled out completely from Facebook over the news about the FB-DHS backdoor censorship. On their November 2 livestream, Clayton was noted.

“Thank you, Rumble, for being a free speech advocate. France tried to get them censor certain content. Rumble replied, “Uh-uh.” You know what? We’ll instead just pull out completely of France until you get your s**t together.”

Natali also observed:

“In fact, a viewer said that he was getting settled in to watch your show on Rumble and then pulled it up and realized that it was unavailable in France.

She continued:

“While they litigate if or not the French government may ask them to – they weren’t rejecting OUR channel, it was another, just, Russian media outlets’ they decided they didn’t want up… and Rumble declined.”

Clayton pointed out that Russia Today (“RT”) is one of the main targets of the French government. This is similar to how the U.S. government finances the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, the Public Broadcasting System, National Public Radio (NPR), and many television and radio stations via its corporate creation, “the AD Council,” and various media outlets when it uses federal Bureaucracies to purchase ad time. Now, there are numerous media outlets via the revived Portman-Murphy Countering Foreign Propaganda Act, which was included in the Biden American Recovery Act and can fund favored U.

After all, state-funded propaganda is still state-funded propaganda.

We cannot fool ourselves into believing that this type of censorship is impossible.

Biden’s “Ministry of Truth”, at DHS, has already foreshadowed the Rumble v. France battle. (which isn’t dead, by any means, and is now headed by Michael Chertoff, former DHS “Czar”/”airport scan meister”.

I also reported Tuesday that YouTube has a perverse “carrot-and-stick” policy for doctors who want to post videos on medicine. If they are “licensed by politicians/govt” and if they post information in compliance with the tax-funded World Health Organization bureaucracy, (which has repeatedly shown to be coerced and filled with ethically questionable characters as well as to constantly spew slanted and unreliable information), then they will be promoted. They might be fired if they don’t.

RedState’s Becca Lower reported on November 1 that FCC Commish Brendan Carr could pull the U.S. version of France’s move to ban TikTok on “U.S.” grounds. national security” reasons.

To protect you from visiting a media platform that may be linked to a foreign country, the domestic government that takes you money and threatens to harm you with all manners of diktats, that literally spends hundreds and millions of dollars on its propaganda and sends military hardware overseas without any hint at constitutionality or morality – that U.S government wants to stop TikTok.

Yes, the battle lines have been drawn. They cut deep within the corrupt U.S. government and not just along international borders.

Borders do not limit tyrannical mentalities.

Rumble’s fight reminds of us that we can also look at the bigger picture and fight for freedom speech in the U.S.

Joe Biden once again seems to have forgotten about the violent leftist summer riots of 2020. https://t.co/dSVYRD3xrN
