Joe Biden is unable to get through a single day without raising questions about his mental abilities. In just 11 seconds, he commits a triple error. He begins by calling Irish people stupid. This he does while looking away from his audience. It is a common oddity that suggests he is lost within space. He then misunderstands his wife’s name, as well as her ancestry. Biden claims that Dominic Giacoppa is his wife’s dad. In fact, Jill’s father is Donald Jacobs. This is a strange fact, as you would think Joe Biden would be capable of remembering his wife’s maiden names. Although there are Giacoppas in her family tree, the last of those names was her great grandfather. His first name was not Dominic.

It’s just another day of the life of an utterly confused and inept President of the United States.
