Does Congress have to have a Speaker if it isn’t able to speak? . I am beginning to see the upsides in this whole scene. Perhaps we should elect Charlie McCarthy as speaker. How would you tell the difference between Charlie McCarthy and Kevin McCarthy? Gridlock, as I like to say is the next best thing after constitutional government, and a shutdown in the House is almost as good a shutdown in government. Trump for Speaker is the best idea!
