Daily Chart: Bloat for Blubberers // Steven Hayward

Admin bloat on university campuses is a familiar story, nevertheless worth keeping a constant spot light on it until some university or college trustees or state legislatures (in the case of open public universities) decide to wise upwards and do something about it.

This first chart is greater than a decade out of date, and definitely the administrative cost amounts are much worse now. Specially when you see things like this Indicate Perry chart about the University or college of Michigan, which is most likely a template for most colleges. (Notice when the big bounce occurs. )
