…! [ CDATA] A Montana judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by Montana State Representative Zachary Raasch – er, ” Zooey Zephyr” – calling for her to be readmitted to Montana House of Representatives. As I reported previously, “Zephyr” was removed by the Montana House after a majority ruled that she had broken the law for claiming that members had “blood on their hands” and encouraging the transgender community to disrupt House business. Zephyr’s refusal to defend her actions by telling coworkers about FOAD didn’t help. > >
