Tennessee Representative Andy Ogles ( R) introduced articles of impeachment against Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden on Monday.
According to the articles, Biden is accused of breaking his” constitutional oath” to faithfully carry out his duties as President of the United States and to do his best to uphold, safeguard, and defend the Constitution.
In order to” shield the business and influence peddling schemes of his family from congressional oversight and public accountability ,” Biden is also accused of abusing his position of authority and using the Office of the President as a weapon.
The articles also criticize his handling of the southwestern border crisis, claiming that he acted” in a way that is against the public’s trust and provocative of constitutional government, greatly harming the cause of law and justice, and clearly hurting American citizens.”
Additionally, Biden is charged with withholding” a critical FD – 1023 form until threatened with a congressional subpoena” that” apparently details an alleged bribery scheme in which members of the biden family, including Joseph Robinette Bisden, received$ 5, 000,000 each to assist Burisma Holdings.”

Joe Biden has broken his sworn oath to preserve, protect, and defend the United States Constitution, according to Ogles, who spoke to Fox News Digital.” He hasn’t just failed the American people with his abhorrent excuse for” leadership.”
Ogles continued,” Joe Biden has repeatedly abused his position of authority— as vice president and president — to conceal his nefarious family business dealings and the exploitation of tax dollars. The U.S. Congress must hold the Biden family responsible once and for all because the American people are aware that they cannot rely on the so-called” Department of Justice” to look into their corruption.
Ogles continued,” Biden is a disgrace to the Oval Office and should be fired from his position and held accountable for his crimes against the United States.”

Harris is accused of” extraordinary incompetence in the execution of her duties and responsibilities and an indifference to Americans suffering as a result of America’s continued southern border crisis” in Harris’ impeachment articles, where Ogles criticizes her inadequate handling of the situation.
According to the articles,” Vice President Harris has persistently refused to visit the southwestern border to ascertain the root causes of the continuous crisis, apart from a second trip hundreds of miles away from the migrant crisis’s epicenter.”
