FBI Ordered Whistleblower Not to Answer Congressional Questions

with complete integrity, honor, and faith. According to a bombshell letter obtained by The Post, Hunter Biden’s supervisory agent was forewarned by the FBI that he would be expected to” decline to respond” to House Oversight Committee inquiries regarding the” ongoing” case involving the first son.
Even though The Post reports that the FBI was aware of a scheduled Monday deposition for many days, FBI general counsel Jason Jones sent the letter on Sunday afternoon, just hours before the agent was scheduled to testify.
According to Jones, “[ T ] the Department expects that you will decline to respond to questions seeking non-public information likely covered by one or more components of executive privilege or other significant confidentiality interests, in particular information about deliberations or ongoing investigative activity in law enforcement matters.”
The FBI attorney continued,” You should rather refer quite questions to the FBI’s Office of Congressional Affairs.” which, of course, will decline to respond to those queries. The president’s son is covered by professional privilege, which I like. According to reports, the exact administration that asserts professional privilege doesn’t apply to Jared Kushner has subtly decided to use it on Hunter Biden’s behalf. Or it’s been decided to be possibly invokable by the FBI. Once more, this disproves the claim that Hunter Biden’s scandals are unrelated to his father. The FBI has so much informed the Biden transition team that a raid is about to occur. Senior privilege is now at issue. If this didn’t affect Joe Biden, can the White House invoke professional privilege? I’m sure it does. With full faith and honor, and integrity. The FBI warned a supervisory investigator who investigated Hunter Biden to “decline” to respond to questions from the House Oversight Committee about the “ongoing case” involving the first child, according to a bombshell note obtained by The Post.
The FBI’s general counsel Jason Jones wrote the letter on Sunday afternoon, only hours before the agent would be called to testify. A source told The Post that they had known for several days about the scheduled Monday deposition.
Jones wrote: “[T]he Department anticipates that you will refuse to answer questions seeking nonpublic information likely covered under one or more components executive privilege or other important confidentiality interests, notably information about deliberations and ongoing investigative activities in law enforcement issues.”
The FBI lawyer continued, “You should instead direct such questions to the FBI Office of Congressional Affairs.” Which will of course refuse these questions. I like that executive privilege covers the son of the president. Hunter Biden’s executive privilege has been quietly invoked by the same administration that claimed Jared Kushner was not covered by executive privilege. Or the FBI has decided that it is potentially invokable. This again undermines the defense that Hunter Biden’s scandals are nothing to do his father. Now executive privilege comes into play. Can the White House invoke Executive Privilege if it didn’t impact Joe Biden? It’s a safe bet.
