According to recent court documents from a Delaware court, Smartmatic issued subpoenas to Flynn and Bannon to take an oath and respond to inquiries.

According to documents filed in Delaware state court, Florida-based Smartmatic served subpoenas on Bannon, a White House strategist under Trump, and Flynn, who quickly served as national security adviser, on Wednesday.
Smartmatic has charged Newsmax with intentionally disseminating untrue information that the maker of voting software was involved in a plan to rig the election against Trump, who was running for re-election, and in favor of Democrat rival Joe Biden.
The company is suing Fox, several of its hosts, and former Trump attorneys in a total of$ 2.7 billion in damages across five cases. Former president Donald Trump’s allies were outspoken backers of his erroneous claims that widespread voter fraud had stolen the 2020 U.S. national election. In the Trump Administration, Bannon formerly worked as a White House strategist, and Flynn briefly held the position of national security advisor.

The company is seeking $2.7 billion in damages over five cases. This includes claims against Fox, former Trump lawyers, and several of their hosts. According to newly filed court documents, Smartmatic’s $2.7 Billion defamation suit against Fox Corporation and other defendants includes subpoenas for Steve Bannon and Michael Flynn.
Allies of Donald Trump, the former president, were vocal supporters of Trump’s false claims that the U.S. Presidential elections in 2020 were stolen by widespread voting fraud. Bannon was a White House Strategist in the Trump Administration. Flynn served briefly as National Security Advisor.
Flynn is a champion of voter integrity, not voter fraud.
