Israeli Supreme Court to Decide Whether It Should Have Absolute Power

That is how you can tell if it has too much influence. The Israeli parliament passed a law stating that leftist criminal activists on the Supreme Court could not override the government because it deemed it to be” unreasonable” despite threats of civil war, strikes by big corporations, medical associations, and any other lies the Communist media could concoct. The Jewish Supreme Court is a worst-case scenario autocratic institution that chooses its own members and asserts the sole authority to intervene in any situation and overturn any ruling made by the other branches. It asserts the authority to hear cases without a trial and has eliminated all checks and balances. Leftists and other important idiots have spent a large portion of the year arguing that the Supreme Court is democracy’s bulwark and that its authority must be unrestricted. The Supreme Court made the decision to rule on whether the parliament has unrestricted power after it passed the” unreasonability” law. According to the NGO Movement for Quality Government in Israel, the Supreme Court of Israel has decided to hear petitions against the” reasonableness law” that the Knesset passed this week with a court date set for September. This cannot be mocked. Politically elected officials pass a law reducing the overall authority of an unaccountable and corrupt branch of the government, and it decides that it will be the one to make any decisions regarding the distribution of power. Israel would enter” uncharted territory ,” according to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, if the High Court of Justice overturned the Knesset’s passage of the first stage of his administration” judicial reform plan.
The most recent interview Netanyahu has given to a significant US news organization was with CNN on Thursday. He stated,” We will go into unchartered territory, and I would like to believe that they would not do that.”
Wolf Blitzer of CNN questioned Netanyahu about whether he would uphold a Supreme Court ruling declaring the Knesset’s adoption of that law unlawful.
Netanyahu said,” I hope we don’t get to that ,” refusing to say whether he would respect such a court ruling and instead saying that Israel would enter” uncharted territory and I would like to believe that they [ the court ] wont do that.” How about you ask the court if it will uphold the laws passed by an elected legislature that was democratically elected? But the solution is currently known. Because of this, criminal reform is urgently required. The Left has obstructed political change and undermined the influence of Israel’s expanding Middle Eastern, Russian, and Catholic Jewish populations through administrative power, including in the courts. It’s a mafia that represents an extremely particular set of interests and simply responds to itself; it doesn’t have legal standing. The rioters who oppose democracy assert that they are acting in the country’s best interests. They are waging war against democracy, no defending it.

It claims to have the power to take cases without any standing and has eliminated any checks and balances. According to the NGO Movement for Quality Government in Israel, it will hear petitions against the “reasonableness law” that the Knesset enacted this week. It claims the power to take cases without any standing and has eradicated any checks and balances.Leftists and assorted useful idiots have spent much of the year screaming that the Supreme Court, which exists only to suppress democracy, is the bulwark of democracy and that its power must be unlimited. After the parliament passed the ‘unreasonableness’ law, the Supreme Court decided to rule as to whether it has unlimited power.Israel’s Supreme Court has decided to hear petitions against the “reasonableness law” that the Knesset enacted this week, with a court date set for September, according to the NGO Movement for Quality Government in Israel. This is beyond parody.Democratically elected officials pass a law reducing the total power of an unelected and lawless branch of the government, and it decides that it will be the one to decide if it’s going to give up any of its power.Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned that Israel would enter “uncharted territory” if the High Court of Justice struck down the Knesset’s passage of the first leg of his government’s judicial reform plan.
“We will go to uncharted territory, and I’d like to believe they wouldn’t do that,” Netanyahu said Thursday in an interview with CNN, the latest of at least three interviews that he has given to major US media outlets.
CNN’s Wolf Blitzer questioned Netanyahu about his willingness to abide by the Supreme Court’s decision to declare that the Knesset passed this law illegally.
How about asking the court if it will respect the laws passed by an elected democratic legislature? We already know the answer. That’s why judicial Reform is so urgently needed. The Left has used their institutional power, including the courts, in order to block democratic changes and nullify Israel’s growing Middle Eastern and Orthodox Jewish population. It’s a mafia, not a legal organization, that represents a specific set of interests and only answers to itself. The rioters who are fighting democracy claim they are doing so in the interest of democracy. They are not defending democracy; they are waging a war against it.
