The Biden Admin Will Sue Any State That Tries to Stop the Border Invasion

If just the Biden administration had combated illegal immigration as vehemently as Texas does. Since Texas intervened after the Biden administration turned CBP into coyotes that allowed for unlawful migration, the empty borders regime has been looking into Texas’ efforts to stop illegal border crossings. Additionally, it is suing Texas for erecting floating barriers on the Rio Grande to stop unauthorized immigrants from swimming across. The federal government will sue Texas unless it removes border restrictions it just erected in the middle of the Rio Grande to prevent immigrants from entering the country, the Justice Department warned officials in Texas on Thursday.
Texas Governor in a letter The floating barriers that Abbott authorized earlier this month, according to Greg Abbott and the state’s time attorney general, are illegal, pose a threat to national law enforcement, and pose” significant risks” to the environment and public safety.
The floating barrier’s unauthorised construction in Texas is a blatant violation of the Rivers and Harbors Act, according to the report. According to Todd Kim, an assistant attorney general, and Jaime Esparza, the U.S. attorney for the Western District of Texas, this floating barrier poses a risk to navigation as well as public safety in the Rio Grande River and raises charitable concerns. CNN initially reported the letter. The single navigation it puts at risk is that of unauthorized invaders. That’s what the Biden administration is worried about. According to a Biden administration official, the floating barriers have hampered Border Patrol’s efforts to patrol the river and detain immigrants who arrive on American soil. ” Governor Abbott’s dangerous and unlawful actions are undermining our effective border enforcement plan and making it difficult for CBP to do their jobs of securing the border ,” White House spokesperson Abdullah Hasan said in a statement. Interfering with illegal invaders now undercuts Biden. Texas is listening to Abdullah Hasan lecture on immigration enforcement. Arizona had formerly been sued by the Biden administration for using shipping containers to thwart unauthorized incursions. The Biden administration filed a lawsuit against Arizona Governor On Wednesday, Doug Ducey( R) was criticized for building a barrier made of double-stacked shipping containers along portions of the U.S. – Mexico border.
In response to operating and environmental concerns, the new lawsuit asks the court to order Arizona to stop erecting the barrier and remove the containers in the San Rafael Valley. According to the complaint, Arizona is intruding on national property.
Arizona has” widened roads, cleared land for staging areas ,”” cut down or removed scores of trees, clogged drainages, and degraded the habitat of species listed under the Endangered Species Act” when installing shipping containers on National Forest System lands. The so-called ecological damage was not a concern for the Biden administration. If it had, the widespread invasion would have caused much more harm. Similar to this, the illegal regime is unconcerned with the Rio Grande’s navigability. Navigation is much more at risk from the large crossing of unlawful alien invaders than from floating barriers. Because it wants the unlawful invasion to continue, the Biden administration is viciously opposing any attempts to put a stop to it.

The Justice Department warned Texas officials on Thursday that federal authorities will sue them if they do not remove the border barriers that were recently placed in the middle the Rio Grande in order to deter migrants from entering the U.S.
In a letter sent to Texas Gov. In a letter to Texas Gov.
“Texas’s unauthorized construction is a prima facie breach of the Rivers and Harbors Act.” This floating barrier is a danger to navigation and public safety in the Rio Grande River. It also presents humanitarian concerns,” wrote Todd Kim and Jaime Esparza of the Western District of Texas. CNN reported the letter. The only navigation that is at risk is that of illegal invaders. The Biden regime is worried about this. A Biden Administration official told CBS News that the floating barriers interfere with Border Patrol efforts. Interfering with illegal invaders undermines Biden’s border enforcement plan. Doug Ducey, a Republican governor from Arizona, was sued on Wednesday for building a double-stacked shipping container barrier along the U.S. Mexico border.
The new lawsuit asks for the court to order Arizona stop building the barrier, and remove the containers from the San Rafael Valley. It cites operational and environmental concerns. The complaint claims that Arizona is “trespassing” on federal land.
The Biden administration didn’t care about the alleged environmental damage. If it had, then the mass migration of invaders could have caused far more damage. Similarly, the illegitimate government does not care about the navigability on the Rio Grande. The illegal alien invasion and mass crossing poses a greater threat to navigation than floating barrier. The Biden administration is ruthlessly opposing any efforts to stop this illegal invasion.
