White House Press Secretary Claims Racially Discriminating Against Students is a Constitutional Right

Karine Jean-Pierre, the press secretary for the White House, has a very limited understanding of what constitutes or violates legal law. or at least as much as the typical HuffPo user. Anything she enjoys is legal, and anything she doesn’t is illegal. Karine Jean-Pierre intervened to argue that the Supreme Court’s decisions were unlawful after Roe v. Wade was overturned by the court. ” The Supreme Court’s serious decision to revoke a constitutional right was made from the beginning.” She incorrectly asserted that it was an unconstitutional action on their part, a right that had been around for nearly 50 years, and one that required women to choose how they wanted to start their families. Today, the constitutional expert on MSNBC was able to top that howler with an even worse one. ” I am aware that Americans are keeping a close eye on this, as they ought to be. Women’s freedoms were significantly curtailed by the Dobbs decision, which was made a year earlier. I consider abortion and reproductive rights. That was also unheard of. You quickly go back to what we witnessed last week, racial action once more robbing significant legal rights that have been in place for a very long time. What exactly is this right? Describe a woman. Much before KJP emerged from an ad agency printer, racial discrimination against people ceased to be legitimate, let alone democratic. The right to bear arms, however, is not a legal right, according to the Biden administration, but it is to engage in racial discrimination.

Karine Jean-Pierre, White House Press Secretary, has no idea what is or isn’t constitutional. Or at least the average HuffPo user. Anything she likes is constitutional and anything she doesn’t is unconstitutional. When the Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade, Karine Jean-Pierre waded in to declare that the Supreme Court’s actions were unconstitutional.”From day one when the Supreme Court made this extreme decision to take away a constitutional right. It was unconstitutional, because they took away a constitutional right that had been in place for almost 50 years. Women could decide how to start their family and what they wanted to do with their bodies. The Dobbs ruling, which was made a year earlier, took away women’s freedoms. I think of abortion, I also think of reproductive rights. And that was unprecedented. What is a constitutional right?” What is a woman? Racially discriminating against others ceased to be legal and constitutional long before KJP was printed by an ad agency. According to the Biden administration the right to bear weapons is not a constitutional right but the right of racially discrimination is.
