In an interview released on Wednesday, David Garrow, the author of Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama, claimed that Obama had previously written that he fantasized about having sex with different men. Obama allegedly wrote about his fantasies in a letter to his girlfriend at the time, according to Garrow in an interview with Tablet magazine.
The letter was given to Garrow by Alexandra McNear, Obama’s girlfriend at Occidental College, but one paragraph was redacted.
What was the most unexpected thing you discovered in those three women — Obama’s college and law school girlfriends — and how did you get them to give you his love letters? Tablet questioned Garrow.
According to Tablet, Garrow responded:
Obama’s girlfriend at Occidental College, Alex McNear, I believe, wanted people to know who she was. She simply said,” It’s about homosexuality ,” when Alex showed me the letters from Barack and redrew one paragraph from one of them.
Alex next directly sold the unique, those letters, and they ended up at Emory somewhere around the time Rising Star was released. Emory then released a press release stating,” We’ve received these uncommon letters from Barack Obama.” And there was no mention of this overly delicate paragraph. It was not mentioned in any of the papers. Emory didn’t bring it up.

I sent Harvey an email and instructed him to visit the Emory archives. He has lived at Emory his entire life, but they forbid him from taking photos. Harvey must therefore sit it with a pencil and copy the graph in which Barack describes to Alex how frequently he fantasizes about having sex with men.

I think Alex [McNear] wanted to be known as Obama’s girlfriend. When Alex showed me Barack’s letters, she redacted a paragraph and said, “It is about homosexuality.”
Alex sold the letters to Emory, just around the time that Rising Star was released. Emory issued a press statement saying “We’ve received these rare letters from Barack Obama.” But they didn’t mention this paragraph which was too sensitive. It was not mentioned in any of the newspapers. Emory did not mention it.

Harvey has spent his entire life at Emory but they won’t allow him to take pictures. Harvey must sit with a pencil in hand and copy the graph that Barack wrote to Alex about his repeated fantasies of making love to men.
According to David Garro, former President Barack Obama told his ex-girlfriend he “repeatedly fantasized about making love to males”.
The comments were allegedly made by Obama in a letter he wrote to his girlfriend.
