Identify this biker and put him in jail, the Citizen Free Press posted in a video today. Why?

When he notices an American flag and a TRUMP WON sign, this man appears to become enraged.
According to the video, he initially approaches the object on his bike and attempts to kick it( if you ask me, with a very girly kick ).
The video demonstrates that he returns at night under cover of darkness to light the sign on fire when his powerful kicks fail to harm it.
the sole issue?
Evidently, he was unaware that the video was being captured in crystal-clear night vision.

This man is triggered by an American Flag and TRUMP WON signs.

The video shows him returning at night, under cover of darkness, to light the sign ablaze when he cannot damage it.
The only problem?
He didn’t seem to realize that the video was being recorded with perfect night vision.
