Driver Who Protected Family by Driving Through Abortion Mob Found ‘Not Guilty’

Cedar Rapids, Iowa, which has 136,467 residents, is definitely not a little town. And they anticipated getting away with it when an anti-abortion mob gathered to use their customary communist strategy of holding the streets captive to their ideology. The crooked prosecution likely anticipated effectively lynching one man, just as fellow leftists had other patriots who stood up for themselves, when he continued to drive to protect his family. However, it appears that they made the bad attempt there. Both charges against David Huston, who was accused of driving through a group of protesters in June of next year, have been dropped.
Huston was accused of leaving the accident scene and assaulting someone with a lethal weapon.
On Wednesday, both the state and the defense took a break. On Wednesday, Huston, his wife, and his daughter all testified. All three of them testified that the people who approached them and touched the truck were protestors.
David Huston remarked,” I think I did exercise caution as I went round; it took me on a second to go around them before I immediately hit the brakes.”
The State will then be charged with court costs. For protecting his family from the pro-abortion mob, Huston was facing a two-year prison sentence. Huston’s capitulation to the communist mob was anticipated by the prosecutors. According to the investigators, 53-year-old David Alan Huston approached the protesters while driving. Officials claim that Mr. Huston approached protesters violently despite having a green light. According to video evidence, various vehicles in the area” appear to just wait for the protesters ,” which is another way of saying that he attempted to drive despite having a green light. Huston testified,” I had no idea what these people were willing to do because I was afraid for my family and myself.” Huston was attacked by the abortion mob for attempting to continue driving, as communist groups frequently do. As protesters crossed Eighth Avenue, the traffic light cycled half. He claimed that when the light turned green once more, the car in front of him moved forwards before stopping, forcing him to turn round and go around the oncoming vehicle.
Throughout the trial, the prosecution repeatedly displayed surveillance footage of the incident, which shows the truck swerving into the crowd and moving ahead while being followed by protesters.
Huston claimed that he could just make out a portion of the crosswalk and that people were leaving. He claimed that the sun blocked his view until he entered the crosswalk and slammed his brakes, but no one was struck.
According to Huston, Kyleigh Wright, one of the protesters, kicked his truck’s door and slammed a sign on the side of it as he testified on Tuesday.
Huston testified that Wright reached in the window and slapped another man’s arm as he struck the inside of his cab while holding a dark sign. Many people rushed over to his truck as he moved it slowly forth.
Huston declared that he” feared” dying.
Huston frequently claimed that he stopped his pickup before approaching anyone. He didn’t intend to hurt anyone or use his car as a” dangerous weapon.”
Jackson enquired as to whether he had informed police Sgt. According to Ryan Dunbar, he” laid on the horn because people needed to leave the road and this had gone on for too long.” Before Jackson played him the police recording, he refrained from saying that.
Huston later acknowledged that he had said those things in an interview on July 5, 2022. Later, he also acknowledged telling the police that if they had a brain, they would have moved out of the way because of his” slower rate of speed.”
Huston denied hitting anyone, but he did admit to moving ahead while people were crossing the street. Jackson’s assertion that his pickup had made contact with people was accurate, but he denied having” hit” anyone.
The pickup did not strike any of the” angry” protesters, according to Huston’s daughter Holly and his wife Lisa, but they attacked him and surrounded the truck. They both claimed to be terrified. He doesn’t seem to have hit anyone, in fact. They appear to have planned to obstruct things. Boylen, who testified over video while recovering from knee surgery, claimed that she next overheard yelling and tried to block the driver’s path so that no one else was hurt.
Boylen claimed that Kyleigh Wright, who gave a testimony on Tuesday, tried to get the truck to stop by standing in front of it with her arms extended.
Boylen claimed that as she braced herself against the pickup as it accelerated, she felt her shoes come off. She therefore stepped aside. Both the mob and the legitimate lynchings were unsuccessful. Despite his struggles, Huston is a completely man.

Cedar Rapids is not a small town. It has 136,467 residents. When a pro abortion mob gathered in order to engage in their usual tactic of holding streets hostage for their ideology, they thought that they would get away with it. When a man drove on to protect his family, the corrupt prosecution expected to lynch him as other leftists did with patriots who stood for themselves.
Huston was charged for assault with a deadly weapons and leaving the accident scene.
Both the state and defense rested on Wednesday. Huston, his daughter, and his wife all took the witness stand on Wednesday. All three testified they were protestors who approached them and made contact.
David Huston said, “I think I did exercise caution as I went round, it was approximately half a minute as I went to them and then immediately hit my brakes.”
Investigators claim that David Alan Huston, 53, approached the protestors in his car. Officials say that Mr. Huston aggressively approached the protestors despite having a green light. The police say that video evidence shows other vehicles in the vicinity “appear to wait for the demonstrators.” By “approached the protesters”, they meant that he drove when he had green light. “I was in fear for me, my family, and had no idea of what these people were willing to do,” Huston said. The traffic light cycled twice as protesters crossed Eighth Avenue.
The prosecution played a video surveillance of the incident multiple times during the trial. It shows the truck driving through the crowd, and then continuing to move forward even with demonstrators in its path.
Huston said that he could not see the entire crosswalk, and that people were running in front of him. He said the sun was blocking his view until he entered the crosswalk. He slammed his brakes but didn’t strike anyone.
Huston said that one of the protesters who testified on Tuesday, Kyleigh Wright slammed his truck’s driver’s-side sign and kicked its door.
Huston testified that Wright slapped the arm of another man who was holding a red banner. As he moved his truck slowly forward, several people ran to his truck.
Huston said that he “feared” his life.
Huston has said that he stopped the pickup several times before contacting anyone. He did not “intend” to attack anyone or use his vehicle as a “dangerous weapons.”
Jackson asked if Sgt. Ryan Dunbar claimed that he “laid on his horn” because people needed to move out of the way and the situation had gotten too bad.
Huston later admitted that he made these statements in an interview on July 5, 2022. He later admitted to telling police that he was driving at a “slow speed” and that if they had been smart, they would not have gotten in his way.
Huston admitted that he had driven ahead when people were in a crosswalk, but denied hitting anyone. He agreed with Jackson that his pickup had made contact, but he denied hitting anyone.
Huston’s wife Lisa Huston and daughter Holly Huston both testified that the pickup truck had not struck any of the “angry protesters”, but rather the protesters had attacked him and surrounded his truck. Both women said that they were afraid. It doesn’t sound like he hit anyone. It sounds as if they deliberately tried to get in the way. Boylen, who was recovering from knee surgery when she testified, said that she heard people screaming, and then she tried to put herself into the driver’s direction to prevent anyone else from being injured.
Boylen said that Wright, who was in front the truck on Tuesday, had her arms out in front, so she adopted a similar stance to try to get the pickup stop.
She then moved out of the way. She moved out of her way. Both lynchings, the mob and the legal, failed. Huston has been through a lot but he is now a free man.
