Vivek Files Suit Against DOJ To Protect Trump!

This will always be a Trump home, and the time is right then for AT LEAST 2024 – 2028.
Then comes eight years of Kari Lake.
AND yes, there are aspects of Vivek that I find objectionable, such as his connections to Big Pharma.
But is that all there is to say?
I have a lot of respect for him, and that respect is growing.
Because Vivek is earning respect by placing his actions where his mouth is, respect is EARNED.
In addition to supporting President Trump( a rival) out of moral obligation, he is also taking legal action by suing the DOJ!
I adore how Candace Owens puts it:” Vivek is everything DeSantis’ campaign promised to be.”
Thank you, @ VivekGRamaswamy.
Vivek’s campaign is exactly what Desantis’ campaign claimed to be. He is running a sophisticated campaign and earning respect from Trump supporters.
Desantis undoubtedly failed as a result of his communications and influencer teams. t.co / mSMRRM94p8

You made a good point, Candace!
These, he is vehemently supporting Trump:
Outstanding Vivek content:

Here’s one more thing:
Only IN: Following the former president’s indictment by the Biden Department of Justice, Vivek Ramaswamy vigorously defends Donald Trump.
Vivek particularly attributed censorship for the J6 attack, pointing out how Big Tech and the FBI conspired to omit the story about the Hunter Biden laptop.

However, actions speak louder than words, and talk is low.
That’s why I was so happy to see this:
For Trump indictment communications, Vivek Ramaswamy is suing the DOJ Just The News https://t.co/pg4FwpSYj9

Here is Vivek’s own words.

JustTheNews, by John Solomon:

Vivek Ramaswamy, Republican presidential candidate, has filed a suit against the U.S. Department of Justice to obtain communications between the agency’s and the White House regarding the indictment of Donald Trump for his alleged mishandling of confidential documents.
“I just filed a suit against the U.S. Department of Justice after its failure to respond substantively to my Freedom of Information Act request (FOIA) to uncover what White House representatives including President Joe Biden informed Merrick Garland & Jack Smith regarding the unprecedented indictment of a former U.S. president and one of Biden’s political opponents for the 2024 Presidential elections in the classified documents cases,” he tweeted Tuesday.

“I will also file a separate FOIA Request with the DOJ in order to uncover any similar communication relating to the newly-issued Trump indictment of January 6th,” he continued. “We should demand transparency and accountability. In U.S. V. Alvarez the Supreme Court ruled that political candidates are entitled to make knowingly inaccurate statements under the First Amendment. If you are going to indict former presidents and leading presidential candidates, it should not be based upon an unprecedented legal theory.
“Further it is a stretch to label something criminal when someone seeks legal advice from their own lawyer,” he continued. “Jack Smith created a dangerous precedent when he criminalized the behavior of Trump’s lawyers who gave him legal advice and labeled them as co-conspirators. This puts the future of our justice system in danger. If we refuse to acknowledge the truth, January 6 will be just a preview of much worse things to come. We must reunite the country, but it will not be an easy task.
The presidential candidate made his comments shortly after Jack Smith, a special counsel, announced a second indictment against Trump for his efforts to contest the results of the 2020 presidential elections.
Ramaswamy condemned the indictment and said that if Trump wins the White House, he will pardon Trump for these charges.
