The century-old notion of a struggle between democracy and non-democratic regimes that characterized World Wars I and II serves as the foundation for both Biden’s and German definitions of democracy. This formula’s flaw is that it defines democracy as opposed to, say, fascism more than as a free society with transparent elections. Communist parties used the idea of” democracy” more frequently in the second half of the 20th century to stifle domestic political rivals. Democracy became synonymous with communist politics in Europe, Canada, Australia, Israel, and then America, which required the abolition of traditional and the adoption of socialist ideologies. The next cycle, the next one, and the next one will be the same. Where is this so-called democracy, which we are supposed to protect or save? We crush third parties.
