Haley won, Ramaswamy lost third debate, says poll

According to a survey of Republican viewers, former United Nations ambassador Nikki Haley won the third GOP presidential discussion, while conservative entrepreneur Vivek RAMASWAMY was the loser. A 538/Washington Post/Ipsos survey found that 34 percent likely Republican primary and Caucus voters who watched the third debate thought Haley performed best.
