In response to the dangerous wildfire that engulfed the historic town of Lahaina on August 8, Hawaii Attorney General Anne Lopez announced on Monday that she had subpoenaed three Maui agencies. Three subpoenas were issued by Lopez to organizations: the County of Maui Department of Public Works, the Emergency Management Agency, and the Water Department.
