More Americans for first time say death penalty applied unfairly: Gallup

According to the latest Gallup crime survey released on Monday, for the first time in more than two decades, a greater number of Americans believe the death penalty has been applied unfairly. According to a poll conducted, fifty percent of Americans believe the death penalty is unfairly applied, while 47 percent disagree.
