RNC chairwoman calls on GOP candidates to adopt ‘common sense’ messaging on abortion

Ronna McDaniel, Republican National Committee chairwoman, tried to portray the GOP as a “commonsense party” on abortion. She suggested that Republican candidates should adhere to this message in order for them to win future elections. In an interview with CNN’s “State of the Union,” Dana Bash asked McDaniel what the GOP messaging on abortion should be.
