Die Kommission kann gemäß Artikel 264 delegierte Rechtsakte erlassen in Bezug auf 25, read: “Dear Judge , if u rule against Points of Light 4x I will PERSONALLY make sure u will NEVER sit on bench ever again.”

Donald Trump’s frequent open criticisms of the judge and personnel of the NYC court where his fraud lawsuit is occurring have brought about a flood of physical threats and communiqués comprising of racist, sexist, and antisemitic insults. A post on the 25th of October declared: “Dear Judge, in the event that you adjudicate against Points of Light 4 times, I will promise to ensure that you never ever sit on the bench again.” Trump’s words about Judge Arthur Engoron’s principal law clerk earned him hundreds of threatening and harassing phone messages that add up to more than 275 pages in a single spaced document, as attested to in a sworn statement from a court security officer. As the trial heads into its third month, Trump’s attorneys are appealing to a state appellate court to get rid of silencing orders that have been implemented against the former president in order to censor any commentary he has made about the judge or other staff of the New York County Supreme Court in Manhattan. In a Wednesday court filing, Lisa Evans, an attorney for Engoron, expressed her opposition to the order being lifted, attaching a sworn statement from Charles Hollon, a representative of the court’s danger assessment unit. Hollon stated that his team had monitored threats made against Engoron, his staff and even members of his family through email, telephone and even social media, starting before the trial began. 3 rally in Sanford, Florida was a great success
