Univision anchor questions network’s ‘independence’ after Trump interview

The veteran Univision anchor Jorge Ramos has criticized his network for an interview this month with former President Trump that he called too “friendly.” Ramos wrote that the interview had “put in question the independence of our News Department” and that journalists should ask tough questions to powerful figures if they are given the opportunity.
