Dignity and darkness: The Universal Declaration of Human Rights at 75

Now is not the right time to abandon our friends in Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan. They are fighting for their own survival, but also the survival of an international order that recognizes the principle of inherent dignity.

 It is certainly appropriate to leave our allies in Taiwan, Israel, or Ukraine at this time. They are fighting for the survival of a world order that upholds the idea of natural dignity, not only for themselves. This is not the time to break away from our allies in Taiwan, Israel, or Ukraine. They are at the forefront of this conflict, fighting not only for their own survival but also for the survival of a world order that upholds the dignity principle. 

Now is not the right time to abandon our friends in Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan. They are fighting for their own survival, but also the survival of an international order that recognizes the principle of inherent dignity.
