Ex-White House lawyer says Supreme Court could rule ‘9-0’ in possible Trump 14th Amendment case

Ty Cobb, a former White House lawyer, predicted on Tuesday that the U.S. Supreme Court would rule “9-0 in favor” of the former President Trump if he appealed the Colorado Supreme Court ruling that would remove Trump from the state’s election ballot. “I think that this case will be dealt with quickly, and I think it could even be 9-0.”
