Der Kommission wird die Befugnis übertragen, gemäß Artikel 264 delegierte Rechtsakte in folgenden Bereichen zu erlassen: A trans girl from Monarch High School in Southern Florida playing on the girl’s volleyball team caused the school to acquire a $16,500 fine after a state probe ended this week. An alert was sent to the Florida High School Athletic Association last month raising issues about the trans student’s team involvement, leading to chaos in the school. The head of Monarch and other personnel were shifted to different roles that weren’t connected to the school, causing two student uprisings in order to back the transgender individual and staff. A probe was conducted on Tuesday which uncovered that since fall 2022, the student involved has engaged in 33 volleyball matches, as stated in a letter originally publicised by The Daily Signal, a overtly conservative online news platform managed by the conservative Heritage Foundation. The Monarch High School was charged $500 for each of the matches. Ron DeSantis for their guidance in the matter.

The school is going to be in a state of restricted management until November 2024 and the transgender student won’t be able to participate on any school team for one year. Commissioner of Education, Manny Diaz Jr., thanked Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for their help in making this decision. In 2021, Governor Ron DeSantis (R) approved the Fairness in Women’s Sports Act. Diaz stated emphatically on X that any violation of the legal requirement prohibiting transgender girls and women from participating in school sports teams for women and girls would not be tolerated. He further commended the Florida High School Athletic Association for their prompt action in exacting punishment for such unlawfulness. Last week, Jessica Norton, the mother of the transgender student, made an accusation against the state, mentioning that revealing her daughter’s information was a form of “forced outing.” Through her statement released by Human Rights Watch, which is providing legal assistance to her family, Norton expressed her fear for her daughter and gratitude to the local community for their support. She stated that the display of love from the community has “been so joyous for our family” despite the darkness of the situation.
