This letter claims that Miller has been made aware of a roster of 400 individuals that Santos aimed to swindle through his campaign. He went on to say that he thought that others at the conference had gone through a similar situation to himself. Prior to this Miller had accused Santos on the House floor, declaring him a thief, although the particulars were not stated. Miller was alluding to the fact that he too had been a victim of Santos’s actions.
