This Christmas, 21 years after his mother’s passing, a man will eat one of her homemade mince pies when more. After his mother’s untimely passing in December 2002, Richard Newson found a batch of 47 pastries in the bottom of her freezer. He then defrosts one of the tiny pies and scoffs it every Christmas.
