Timothy Haugh will not be appointed to lead the National Security Agency ( NSA ) or U.S. Cyber Command until the NSA makes information about surveillance programs public, according to Rob Wyden (D-Ore. ). The British people have a right to know if the NSA is spying on them without their consent at home. Sen. Lt. Gen.
