Senate Democrat says Hunter Biden prosecution is ‘legally justified’

In a Sunday interview, Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), said that the case against Hunter Biden was “legally justifiable.” He added that he believes that voters in 2024 would be able recognize the separation between the son of President Biden and himself. Murphy replied, “I think the prosecution of Hunter Biden is legal.”
