Thinking about quitting your job? So are 39% of US employees

According to a new study, 39% of employees who are with a company less than six months intend to leave in the next year. This is a six-point increase over last year. Employees are more determined than ever to voice their opinions when the honeymoon phase of a new job is over.

 According to recent research, 39 % of workers who have worked for a company for less than six months now anticipate leaving within the next 12 months, an increase of six points from last year. Employees are becoming more and more decided to speak up once the honeymoon period for new hires is officially over. According to recent research, 39 % of employees who have worked for a company for less than six months now anticipate leaving within the next 12 months, an increase of six points from last year. Employees are becoming more and more determined to speak up when the new-job honeymoon phase is well and truly around.
