Whole Foods Workers Have No Protected Right To Wear Black Lives Matter Gear, Judge Rules

A judge in administrative law did not buy the argument that wearing BLM apparel on the job was a part of advocating a better workplace.

 The claim that wearing BLM attire while working was part of promoting a better workplace was rejected by an administrative law judge. The argument that wearing Black clothing to work was part of advocating for a better workplace was rejected by an administrative law judge.
