According to reports, the$ 488, 000 federal grant was intended to be used to establish a Center of Youth Empowerment and Gang Prevention.
” Free Beacon has obtained audio of a whistleblower personally warning Fani Willis that her top aide was attempting to misuse national funds” in 2021. Willis did not refute the claims, according to Andrew Kerr, an investigative reporter.
He continued,” 56 days afterwards, Willis fired the whistleblower, and the luxurious escorted her out of the office.”
The aide, according to Timpson, “wanted to do things with grants that were unattainable.”
Timpson remarked,” And I kept telling him things like, we ca n’t do that and questioning stuff, and he would take me off projects.”
She claimed that the aide intended to use the grant to purchase MacBooks,” swag,” and travel.
I told you not to do that. It’s a grant that is incredibly distinct. I was taken off,” she said.
Willis retorted,” So I respect that is your assessment.
She continued,” And I’m not saying that your assessment is incorrect.

Reporting from the Washington Free Beacon:
Willis afterwards apologized to Timpson and said Cuffee had “failed” her administration.
Timpson claims that less than two months afterwards, Willis immediately fired her and ordered seven trained investigators to escort her out of her office. Timpson was described as a “holdover from the prior administration” who was terminated because of her “failure to meet the standards of the new administration,” according to Willis ‘ office’s statement in response to her whistleblower complaint the following year alleging wrongful termination.
Timpson’s experience provides more insight into Willis ‘ business practices, who campaigned on the promise of reestablishing “integrity” in the office of the district attorney. In light of allegations that she hired her lover, Nathan Wade, to handle the office’s racketeering case against previous president Donald Trump, the Democrat has come under fire. Additionally, Willis is accused of using taxpayer money improperly to advance her relationship with engaged, inexperienced prosecutor Wade.
Timpson believes that these two incidents show” a pattern” in Willis ‘ behavior.
Timpson told the Free Beacon,” My case and Nathan Wade’s case are quite similar when you break them down point by point.” “Ethical wrongdoing, abuse of authority, and misappropriation of local, state, or national funds.”
Fani Willis and Nathan Wade, allegedly her lover, were given subpoenas to appear in court, according to a recent report.
From the Constitution- Atlanta Journal:
According to a lawsuit filed on Tuesday, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and exclusive prosecutor Nathan Wade have been subpoenaed to appear in court on February 15 in connection with motions to bar them from the election interference case.
The DA’s office is accused of purposefully withholding information requested in Open Records Act requests in advance of the future hearing, according to a lawsuit brought by the Ashleigh Merchant law firm. In a new letter, the DA’s office stated that it had followed state law.
Michael Roman, one of the 15 remaining defendants in the racketeering case that charges former President Donald Trump with orchestrating a fugitive plot to sway Georgia’s 2020 presidential election results, is represented by Merchant.
Willis and her office should be barred from the election case, according to an explosive motion Merchant filed earlier this month, as a result of their poor loving relationship. According to the motion, Wade paid for their vacations and hotel stays with tax money he earned from his work on the election case, while Willis reportedly benefited financially from the relationship.
During a hearing in his divorce proceedings on Wednesday, Wade was anticipated to be questioned regarding the alleged relationship with Willis. However, he temporarily canceled the hearing with his estranged wife on Tuesday. Willis had been subpoenaed to give a testimony in the divorce case, but Cobb County Superior Court Judge Henry Thompson stated that he needs to speak with Wade first when deciding if Wade is required to do so.”}]] [[{“value”:”

Fani Willis, the Fulton County district attorney, allegedly fired a staffer in her office for blowing the whistle on misuse of federal funds.
The Washington Free Beacon has audio of Amanda Timpson from 2021, an employee at the district attorney’s offices, privately warning Willis about her top aide misusing a six figure federal grant.
The $488,00 federal grant was reportedly allocated for the creation of an Empowerment Center for Youth and Gang Prevention.
Free Beacon has audio of a whistleblower warning Fani Willis privately in 2021 that the top aide she had was attempting to misuse federal funds. Willis did deny the allegations, investigative reporter Andrew Kerr wrote.
“56 days after the whistleblower was fired, Willis walked the perp out of the office,” the author added.
Timpson claimed that the aide “wanted things with grants which were impossible.”
“I kept telling him, we can’t, and questioning things, and he took me off projects,” Timpson stated.
She said that the aide was planning to use the grant money for MacBooks, “swag” and travel.
“I told you not to do that. It’s an extremely, very specific grant. “It took me off,” she said.
Willis replied, “I respect your assessment.”
“And I don’t say that your assessment is incorrect,” she added.

The Washington Free Beacon:
Willis apologized later to Timpson and said that Cuffee “failed” the administration.
Timpson claims that Willis terminated her abruptly less than two months after the incident and had her escorted from her office by seven armed agents. Timpson’s whistleblower complaint claiming wrongful termination was filed the following year. Willis’s office released a statement that described Timpson as “a holdover from the previous administration” who had been terminated due to her “failure of meeting the standards of the newly administration.”
Timpson’s experiences shed more light on Willis’s approach to business. Willis ran on a promise to restore “integrity” in the district attorney’s offices. The Democrat is under fire after it was revealed that she assigned her lover Nathan Wade to handle the office’s racketeering investigation against former President Donald Trump. Willis is alleged to also have misappropriated tax payer funds to facilitate her affair, with Wade. Wade is a married man who has little experience as a prosecutor.
Timpson believes that these two incidents show “a pattern” of Willis’s behavior.
Timpson told The Free Beacon that “my case and Nathan Wade’s case are very much alike when you break them down by point of comparison.” “Ethical violations and abuse of power as well as the misuse of county funds, state funds, and federal funding.”
According to a recent report, Fani willis and Nathan Wade (her alleged lover) received subpoenas for them to testify in a court hearing.
From the Atlanta Journal-Constitution:
A lawsuit filed on Tuesday states that Fulton County District attorney Fani Willis, and special prosecutor Nathan Wade were subpoenaed for a hearing on Feb. 15, involving motions disqualifying them from the case of election interference.
The lawsuit filed by Ashleigh Merchant’s law firm against the DA’s office claims that the office intentionally withholds information requested in Open Records Act requests ahead of the upcoming hearing. In a letter sent recently, the DA’s Office claimed that it had complied with the state law.
Merchant represents Michael Roman, who is one of the 15 remaining defendants of the racketeering lawsuit accusing former President Donald Trump to have orchestrated a criminal conspiracy in Georgia to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential elections.
Merchant filed a motion earlier this month arguing that Willis and her election office should be disqualified because she was involved in a romantic relationship with Wade. The motion stated that Willis had benefited financially from this relationship, as Wade paid for their vacations and hotels with the taxpayer money he earned for his work in the election case.
Wade was to be questioned about the alleged relationship between Willis and Wade on Wednesday during an hearing in his divorce proceeding. On Tuesday, he reached a temporary agreement with his estranged spouse and cancelled the hearing. Willis was subpoenaed for a divorce case but Cobb County Superior Court judge Henry Thompson wants to hear first from Wade before deciding if Willis must testify.
