End Israeli exceptionalism under US law

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee should ask the State Department Legal Advisor for an explanation of the legal advice and reasoning behind the implementation of the Leahy Law in Israel. This is a 25-year-old law that has been applied or not applied by the State Department.
