Federal Judge Dismisses Counts In Lawsuit Against Trump, Rioters Over Death Of Capitol Police Officer

Amit Mehta, U.S. District Court judge, dismissed the civil counts of wrongful death and negligent conduct but allowed the lawsuit to continue.
