Federal judge ‘shocked’ by Jan. 6 ‘hostages’ rhetoric

The federal judge who is handling cases involving defendants charged with crimes on Jan. 6, 2021, has criticized the language used in court documents to describe that riot. Judge Royce Lamberth stated that such rhetoric misrepresents the events of that day.
