Frigid conditions across US limiting some MLK Day events

The dangerously cold temperatures on Monday have limited Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebrations across the nation as a winterstorm and arctic blast hit several parts of the United States. MLK Day events, from prayer services to marches, have been planned. However, some towns had to change their plans after the arctic blast.

 Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebrations across the nation are being constrained by extremely cold temperatures on Monday as a winter storm and arctic blast hit some regions of the country.
