A new study has found that dancing the night away can help people lose weight and reduce their waist circumference. Dancing also improved blood pressure, insulin resistance, physical fitness, cognitive disorders and hypertension. It also improved mental health, diabetes, cardiovascular ailments, and mental illness.

 According to a recent study, people who are overweight or unhealthy significantly improve their body mass and waist circumference by boogying the night away. In other words, all the underlying causes of the non-communicable were seen to be improved by dancing, including blood pressure, insulin sensitivity, physical fitness, mental disorders, hypertension, circulatory ailments, diabetes, and psychological health.
