Trump, 14th Amendment put Supreme Court on the spot

The Supreme Court is under increasing pressure to answer questions about Trump’s 14th Amendment eligibility after two states, Colorado and Maine, removed him from the ballot. The Trump campaign appealed Maine’s ruling on Tuesday and is expected to do so in Colorado.

 The Supreme Court is under increasing pressure to decide whether former President Trump is eligible under the 14th Amendment as a result of decisions in Colorado and Maine that removed him from the ballot.
