A hostile woman tore through a Manhattan puppy store over the weekend, kicking cages, flicking cellphones and slapping her across the face as staff escorted her out the door. A Texas woman visiting New York City for the first time ended up stunned and bleeding from her nose.
She appeared to spit at the stunned victim, adding insult to injury, before storming out the door.
Bystanders in the crowded store were startled by the loud smack, which echoed violently on cellphones and surveillance footage.
The enraged woman is seen in a video posted by Citipups Chelsea kicking at kennels with puppies in, swatting at the store manager’s phone as he tries to record the encounter, and cool clocking the random bystander as she leaves.
In the hopes that she will be apprehended, the store has made a distinct photo of the suspect, who is dressed in an all-black winter coat and bright purse.

Because it was her first time in New York, Ortiz described the victim as” She was bleeding, she had a nosebleed, and she was really distraught.”
” So she was a tourist, and it’s kind of like walking around on your first day in New York when suddenly some crazy person just assaults you.
He described the assault as” completely unwarranted.”
According to Ortiz, the customer who was slapped is from Texas. She reportedly filed a police report for assault after the incident, according to the NYPD.
No arrest has been made, the police stated in an email sent Tuesday morning.
” I was kind of tongue-in-cheek telling her that perhaps if they arrest this lady, they’re probably going to let her go tomorrow.”” Her friend was it, and her friend called her husband, who is a police officer in Texas.” In reference to the Empire State’s lax bail laws, Ortiz said,” This is the way New York has been operating right now.
They were sort of want,” Oh hell no.” People cannot get ahead with that in Texas. And I said,” Well, welcome to New York.”
This crazy behavior should not be tolerated by New Yorkers.
These people are being let down by the police.

The smack was heard loudly by passers-by in the packed store.
Citipups Chelsea shared a video of the woman who was yelling and kicking at kennels that had puppies inside. She also swatted at the store manager’s phone as he tried to record the incident. And she cold-clocked a random bystander before leaving.
The store released a photo of the suspect wearing a dark winter jacket and a pink handbag in the hopes that she will be arrested.

“She was bleeding. She had a nosebleed. She was really distraught, because it was her very first time in New York,” Ortiz stated of the victim.
“She was a tourist. Imagine being a first-time visitor to New York. You’re walking around and suddenly, a crazy person assaults you.”
He said that the attack was “totally without provocation.”
Ortiz stated that the customer who was slapped is from Texas. The NYPD confirmed that she had filed a police complaint for assault after the incident.
In an email sent to the public on Tuesday morning, police said that no arrests had been made.
“Her friend was also there, and her friend called their husband, who is a Texas cop, and I was like joking with her, saying that even if this lady was arrested, they would probably let her go the next day. Ortiz referred to the Empire State’s lax bail laws.
“And they were like, ‘Oh no.’ In Texas, we don’t allow people to get away with it. I said, “Well, welcome in New York.”
New Yorkers shouldn’t have to tolerate such a crazed behavior.
