Former US ambassador accused of spying for Cuba says he’ll plead guilty to charges

 A previous U.S. diplomat who was charged with spying for Cuba for more than 40 years has indicated that he will plead guilty to the charges that the DOJ brought against him in December 2023. Victor Manuel Rocha, 73, stated to Judge Beth Bloom on Thursday that he would change his plea, indicating that he is ready to enter a criminal plea. A former U.S. diplomat who has been accused of spying for Cuba for more than 40 years has announced that he will plead guilty to the charges that the Department of Justice ( DOJ) brought against him in December 2023.
