According to The New York Post:
Moments after yelling,” My memory is good,” during a hastily scheduled press conference at the White House, President Biden confused two unusual leaders and their nations in yet another blunder.
Biden, 81, mentioned the Israel-Hamas conflict and claimed he collaborated with the Mexican president to send aid into the conflict zone during his succinct speech to the nation on Thursday night.
As you are aware, Sisi, the president of Mexico, first did not want to open the gate to allow humanitarian supplies to enter Gaza,” Biden said. ” I spoke with him.” He opened the gate after I persuaded him to.
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is from Egypt and not Latino President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, two men the US president has recently met, as Biden had failed to mention.
In response to a critical report released earlier in the day by special counsel Robert Hur on Biden’s mishandling of classified documents, the mix-up had occurred minutes after he claimed his memory was “fine.”
Department of Justice Special Counsel Robert Hur announced that he will not file any criminal charges after conducting a thorough investigation into Joe Biden incorrectly retaining classified documents pertaining to national security.
Trump “willfully retained and disclosed defined materials after his vice presidency when he was a secret citizen,” according to the report.
Hur penned,” He knew he kept secret information in notebooks kept in his home and that was not permitted for him to do so.
Hur, however, will not charge Trump with a crime.
Hur cited Biden’s superior age and sluggish memory as justifications for no accusing him.
The report stated that” we have also taken into account the possibility that Mr. Biden would likely present himself to the jury at trial as a compassionate, well-meaning, old man with bad memory.”
Specific Counsel cites “elderly age” and “poor memory” as justifications for no accusing Joe Biden of falsifying classified documents.
The presser was inspired by Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report on Thursday.
Biden made an effort to protect his memory, but it only made matters worse.

According to Fox News:
President Biden spoke to the country on Thursday night, claiming that his memory is “fine” and that he is the “most competent person in this country to be president.” He also defended his re-election campaign.
Only hours after Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report, which did not call for legal charges against the president for mishandling classified documents, Biden gave a speech to the nation from the White House on Thursday night. Among the records pertaining to national security and international policy, which Hur claimed implicated” delicate intelligence sources and methods,” were classified documents about Afghanistan’s foreign and military policy.
Hur, however, referred to Biden as a” friendly, well-meaning, elderly man with bad memory.” Hur stated that he would be” properly into his eighties” and that it would “be hard to convince a jury that they should convict him” of the major felony that “requiresa emotional state of willfulness.” This statement was made throughout the more than 300-page report.
On Thursday night, Biden declared he concurred.
Biden remarked,” I’m well-intentioned, and as an old man, I have no idea what the hell to do.” ” I served as president. I helped this nation get back on its feet. I do n’t require his endorsement.
My memory is great, Biden continued.
In response to Special Counsel Robert Hur’s assertion that he did not remember when his son Beau passed away during his speech, Biden even retaliated.”}]] [[{“value”:”

The New York Post reports on:
President Biden made a new gaffe by confusing two foreign leaders with their countries. This happened just moments after he screamed “My memory is fine!” during a hastily-scheduled news conference at White House.
In his brief address to America on Thursday night, Biden (81), brought up the Israel/Hamas conflict and said that he worked with Mexico’s president to help send humanitarian aid to the war zone.
Biden said, “As you may know, at first, the president of Mexico Sisi did not want the gate to be opened to allow humanitarian materials to enter [Gaza].” “I spoke to him.” “I convinced him to open the door.”
Biden failed to mention that the US president had met Andres Manuel Obrador and Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, both of whom are Egyptians.
The mix-up came minutes after Biden had said that his memory was “fine”, in response to the scathing report, released earlier in day by Robert Hur, on Biden mishandling classified documents.
Robert Hur, Special Counsel at the Department of Justice, said that after a long investigation into Joe Biden’s improper retention of classified documents related to national security he would not file criminal charges.
According to the report Biden “willfully maintained and disclosed classified material after his vice-presidency when he became a private citizen.”
“He knew that he had classified information in notebooks in his home and he also knew that he wasn’t allowed to do this,” Hur wrote.
Hur will not bring criminal charges against Biden.
Hur cited Biden’s age and poor memory to justify not charging him.
The report stated: “We have also considered the possibility that Mr. Biden, at trial, would present himself to a juror, as he did in our interview, as an elderly man who is well-meaning and has a poor memory.”

The report of Special Counsel Robert Hur sparked a press conference Thursday night.
Biden tried to defend his memory, but made things worse.

Fox News:
President Biden addressed the nation on Thursday night. He said his memory was “fine” and defended the re-election of his campaign, saying that he was the “most qualified candidate in this country for president.”
Biden’s speech to the nation Thursday night from the White House comes just hours after Robert Hur, the Special Counsel, released his report. In it, he did not recommend criminal prosecution against the President for mishandling classified papers. These records included classified documents related to military and foreign policies in Afghanistan as well as other records related national security and foreign affairs, which Hur said implicated’sensitive intelligence sources and techniques.
Hur, however, described Biden’s character as “a sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a bad memory.” Hur said in the 300-page report that it would be difficult for a jury to convict Biden of a serious crime “that requires mental state of willfulness” and that he would “well into his 80s.”
Biden said that he agreed on Thursday night.
Biden said, “I’m a well-meaning man, and I am an old man. I know what I’m doing.” “I’ve served as president. I brought this country back to its feet. “I don’t need to hear his recommendation.”
Biden added, “My memory is fine.”
Biden also reacted during his speech to Special Counsel Robert Hur who suggested that he didn’t remember when his son Beau had died.
