The outdated concept that’s biasing managers against remote work

Managers who lack management training to assess remote staff’s performance have a “out of sight, Out of mind” mentality and underestimate their productivity.

 Managers adopted an “out of sight, out of mind” attitude and undervalued their productivity because they lacked management training to evaluate the performance of distant staff. Managers adopted an “out of sight, out of mind” attitude and undervalued their productivity because they lacked the management training necessary to evaluate the performance of distant staff.
