[[{“value”:”In an interview with MSNBC host Chris Hayes, Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) stated that “undocumented Americans” are the “people they care about most.”
During a discussion about the tried Senate border agreement, Murphy made the remark.
Hayes emphasized that the negotiations relied on funding from Ukraine rather than a path to citizenship.
” There was no path to citizenship in the negotiation. It was fully on their terms, according to Hayes, in order to secure funding for Ukraine.
Also, Chris, that play has been a failure for twenty years. You are correct, Murphy said,” That has been the Democratic strategy for perhaps 30 years, and it has failed to deliver for the people we care about most, the illegal Americans who are in this country.”

They refer to this as “giving away the whole game.” Democrats are vehemently opposed to every enforcement measure because of this. Democrats are vehemently opposed to detention and deportation because of this. According to past Trump top advisor Stephen Miller, Joe Biden and the Democrats planned the invasion and removed the border as a result.

According to Fox News:
It’s shocking to hear a US senator say that his top priority is to accommodate people from other countries who broke our laws to come around, not to provide relief to the citizens in his state who are forced to cover all of the costs associated with the border crisis that Joe Biden instigated, Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, told FOX News Digital.
She continued by saying that his remarks “help explain the problems with the Senate bill” and that “it was a bill to codify the fatal catch and release policies of the previous three years and issue work permits also faster to an unlimited number of illegal immigrants.”
The late defeated republic border bill was criticized by senior research fellow Simon Hankinson at the Heritage Foundation’s Border Security and Immigration Center for being “wish lists” for Democrats and “one step forward and five steps up” by those looking for a secure border.
He told Fox News Digital,” I think Murphy understands the political reality that most Americans do n’t support open borders and an unrestricted international right to migrate anywhere you want.” It might not be an electoral victory if Americans are made to bear an infinite burden on their tax obligations, cultural services, police, and healthcare. Take a look at Boston, Chicago, Denver, and New York.
Hankinson claimed that it was “pure politics” for Democrats to hold Republicans accountable for rejecting a bill that was but heavily laden with far-left policies.”}]] [[{“value”:”

Murphy’s comment was made during a discussion of the failed Senate border agreement.
Hayes stressed that the negotiations did not include a path towards citizenship, but instead relied on Ukraine’s funding.
“The negotiations did not have a pathway to citizenship.” Hayes said that it was all on their terms to get Ukraine funding.
“Well, Chris, this has been a failed performance for the past 20 years.” You are right, Chris, that’s been the Democratic strategy, perhaps for 30 years. It has failed to deliver the results we want for the people who matter most to us, the undocumented Americans in this country,” Murphy commented.

Here’s an alternative YouTube video:
“This is what they mean when they say that you’re giving away the whole game.” This is why Democrats are so angry when it comes to any enforcement measures. Detention and deportation are two things that Democrats strongly oppose. Stephen Miller, former Trump senior adviser, said that Joe Biden and Democrats orchestrated the invasion and destroyed the border.

Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, told FOX Digital: “It is shocking to hear a United States Senator declare that his number one priority is to accommodate foreigners who have broken our laws in order to get here and not to provide relief to his citizens who are forced to pay for the border crisis instigated Joe Biden.”
She then suggested that his comments “helped explain the problems with Senate bill” and that “it wasn’t a border-security bill at all. It was a bill that codified the disastrous catch-and-release policies of the past three years and issued work permits even quicker to an unlimited number illegal migrants.”
Simon Hankinson, senior research fellow at Heritage Foundation’s Border Security and Immigration Center, slammed a recently failed senate bill on the border as a “wish-list” for Democrats and a “one step forward and a five steps back” to those who want a secure border.
“I think Murphy understands the political reality of most Americans not supporting open borders and an international right to migrate wherever you want,” he said, according to Fox News Digital. “If they continue to force Americans to shoulder an endless burden in education, healthcare, social services, police, and tax liabilities, it may not win an election.” Look at New York City, Chicago, Denver and Boston.”
Hankinson said it was “pure political” for Democrats to blame Republicans who rejected a bill that was so overwhelmingly filled with far-left policy.
